Outsourced Counsel
Rather than engaging a lawyer only when something goes wrong, we work alongside you as an integrated part of your business - giving you the benefit of in-house counsel without the overhead.
A different model of legal support
Most businesses reach a point where ad hoc external legal advice is no longer enough. You need someone who understands your business, your risk appetite, your commercial relationships and your goals - not just the matter in front of them.
Our outsourced counsel model provides that service. We embed into your business - attending meetings, advising on strategy, reviewing deals before they are signed and helping you build legal foundations that support sustainable growth. The result is faster, more relevant advice from a lawyer who understands the context behind your questions.
Who this is for: Businesses that have outgrown ad hoc external advice but aren't ready for a full-time in-house lawyer. Companies that want a trusted, ongoing legal partner rather than a transactional relationship.

How it works
Flexible engagement models
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Our outsourced counsel arrangements are structured around your needs and budget:
- Fixed monthly retainer - a set scope of ongoing support at a predictable cost, covering your day-to-day legal needs
- Regular part-time arrangement - a set number of days per week or month, giving you consistent access to legal support
- Project-based overflow - additional support during busy periods, transactions or when specific expertise is needed
For matters outside the retainer scope - such as major transactions, complex disputes or specialist regulatory work - we either handle it at agreed rates or coordinate with trusted specialists in our network.
Onboarding
Every engagement begins with a thorough assessment of your business - your legal needs, existing contracts and policies, risk profile and commercial objectives. This gives us the context we need to provide advice that's relevant to your business.
The advantage of continuity
The real value of outsourced counsel isn't any single piece of advice - it's the cumulative understanding we build over time. When we know your business, your industry, your key relationships and your risk tolerance, the advice we give is sharper, faster and more practical than anything a firm encountering your business for the first time, or a firm providing transactional support, can deliver.
You also benefit from cost predictability. Rather than watching hourly bills accumulate every time a question arises, you have a clear, agreed cost for ongoing legal support - freeing you to pick up the phone when you need to, without worrying about the clock running.
